I read today that Obama's approval ratings are at their lowest ever. Supposedly Republican candidate Romney would beat him if an election were held today but Perry would lose.
I'm wondering if Hillary Clinton is considering another run. Public opinion seems to favor her over the current President. Do the Democrats have to go with the incumbent?
