California's latest shooter identified

TUSTIN, Calif. (AP) — Shooter in California rampage identified as 20-year-old part-time student Ali Syed. Since we're not supposed to profile people I guess speculating on his nationality by his name is off limits. Want to bet he was a Democrat?
